SWFL Cooking Lesson

Fourteen regulars of the Bonita Bay “foodie” group gathered in February to learn to cook the recipes of Tuscany. Chef Michael Kessler of Fine Cuisines instructed them as they watched and helped prepare:

  • Red Pepper roll-ups
  • Sun Dried Tomato Dip
  • Winter Caprese Salad
  • Sausage & Asparagus with Orecchiette
  • Veal Scallopine in Mushroom Marsala
  • Strawberry Delights

Each participant enjoyed the five course dinner and received a packet of the recipes. The final verdict of the meal was enthusiastically positive. Club members gave high marks for high quality food and superb tastes.

The club host booked an additional Cocktail Party for March and two other couples extended invitations for Distinctive Affairs, the catering group of Fine Cuisines, to design and implement dinner parties.

Fine Cuisines Chef Michael Kessler has studied Italian cuisine in three kitchens of Italy, Including the restaurant at Chateau Monfort in Milan, Cantina di Medeechi, Montepulciano, as well as several www.cesarina.it events in the homes of Italian families in Tuscany and the Amalfi Coast.
